We hope you can attend the fall MRFBC meeting being held in conjunction with SMR at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, Room 407. Travel logistics are noted below; the meeting agenda will be sent to all registrants closer to the meeting date. Looking forward to seeing you in Philadelphia soon!
Travel & Reimbursement
1. The MRFBC will reimburse for the travel expenses of up to two (2) individuals from each Member Institution (only if not attending SMR and would only be traveling to Philadelphia to attend the MRFBC Meeting). The MRF will reimburse $500 per person for roundtrip economy transportation. For any flights greater than $500, please contact Robyn Burns (email@example.com) for approval. Meeting attendees are responsible for coordinating their own travel arrangements.
2. With regards to hotel accommodations, for those not attending SMR, the MRFBC will reimburse reasonable room and tax for one (1) night hotel accommodation for up to two (2) attendees from each institution. Due to SMR, hotel accommodations may be difficult to secure; therefore, please book your hotel as soon as possible.
3. The MRFBC will reimburse the cost of reasonable cab fare, parking fees, and meals as applicable to the travel to and from the MRFBC meeting for up to two (2) individuals from each Member Institution. Please do keep in mind that costs should be kept to a minimum, and that you will need to provide receipts.
4. The required documentation for reimbursement will be provided by Jonelle Daley (firstname.lastname@example.org) following the conclusion of the meeting.
