The meeting is scheduled for Friday, June 2nd from 5:30-9pm CT (dinner to start at 5:30pm/ meeting to begin at 6pm) at the Union League of Chicago in the French Room, Room 710. 

Travel & Reimbursement

1. The MRFBC will reimburse for the travel expenses of up to two (2) individuals from each Member Institution (only if not attending ASCO and would only be traveling to Chicago to attend the MRFBC Meeting). The MRF will reimburse $500 per person for roundtrip economy transportation. For any flights greater than $500, please contact Robyn Burns (rburns@emmes.com) for approval. Meeting attendees are responsible for coordinating their own travel arrangements.

2. With regards to hotel accommodations, for those not attending ASCO, the MRFBC will reimburse reasonable room and tax for one (1) night hotel accommodation for up to two (2) attendees from each institution. Due to ASCO, hotel accommodations may be difficult to secure; therefore, please book your hotel as soon as possible.

3. The MRFBC will reimburse the cost of reasonable cab fare, parking fees, and meals as applicable to the travel to and from the MRFBC meeting for up to two (2) individuals from each Member Institution. Please do keep in mind that costs should be kept to a minimum, and that you will need to provide receipts.

4. The required documentation for reimbursement will be provided by Jonelle Daley (jdaley@melanoma.org) following the conclusion of the meeting.
